A relief desk located in the U.S.A.? I am so sick of calling Dell and reaching India or Pakistan, I am considering never purchasing Dell again.

Dell does hold help desk services within America. If you bought your computer from the Small Business store you would get tech support from their Texas name center. Otherwise, the only company that I know of is Apple, and they enjoy great tech support based within America.
Dell is crap, technical support? I don't want technical support since I manage to built my own PC and managed to protract it for years.
Apple is good, but pricey to be true.
