I own a window XP- and I've tried everything, yet it WONT SHOW ME HOW MUCH HARD DRIVE SPACE IS USED, OR HOW MUCH I HAVE!??!?! Exactly where on earth on my PC do I go to find this ****?
ARGH! Fricking microsoft!?
Double click my computer, afterwards right click on the c drive and go to properties.
Depends, in that is a small glitch that pertains to this.
Go to Start->My Computer
Right click on (C:)
Click on properties on the popdown menu.
Right there should be the space numerically, and next to a pie chart.
Right-click on My Computer and select Manage.
Click on Disk Management.
This will show you:
The size of the physical disk.
The size of each screen on the physical disk, if any.
The total capacity of respectively partition, if any.
The total free space respectively partition, if any.
The total percentage of free space on respectively partition, if any.
The total unallocated space on the physical disk, if any.
Try right-clicking on my computer and stir to properties. There should a be a graph under one of the tab that will give you the information you aim. Might even be the first tab that opens.
click start> my computer> right click on local disk and dare ya budge sunny!
open you browser and be in motion to www.belarc.com and get the free download. It will share you everything about your system.
You can also widen my computer and switch the view to details. Or right click on the drive and shift to properties and look at the general tab.
if you right click on the c: drive via my computer and choose properties you will a pie chart on how much space is used and how much free, u can also see this of late by single left click on my computer on the c: drive.
Look at this.
