you need the right codec to find both audio and video... think DivX have one of the better avi codecs..



cant remember how i got my copy, but the codec d/l should be free whereever you find it.. a google turn out for divx codecs should get you surrounded by the right place.. or i can just connection you to the divx for windows .. (d'oh!.. smacks self on head)
How are you viewing the clip? If you've loaded into Microsoft Movie Maker and tried to gag it will only hold audio (Micro-fault). If you make a movie and save it from Movie maker, simply audio will show.

You obligation to download the xvid or divx codec and the AC3 codec.
try downloading the divx codec from http://free-codecs.com
