At start-up my computer shows black eyeshade, hold to click F1 to verbs.. what is this?

this have happened past and it's a black screen that say...

WARNING: Dell's Desktop monitoring system has detected...

. press F1 to Continue

I enjoy a Dell from about 2003 near Windows XP on it. this has be going on for a while and twice already there's been a blue peak that pops up at start-up, and we lost everything on our hard drive, and have to reboot our computer entirely.

I think the black eyeshade might have something to do next to it, any suggestions?

Change the Computers Battery that is located on the motherboard. It is nearly the size of a Nickel .

You could also try to go into your bios and set it stern to Factory Defaults. The bios will tell you which F (Fuction) Key to use to do this. Mine is F12 while within the bios
