lower than Manufacturer specifications to the left, it list in nearby PC2-6400(ddr2 800). But when I look on Abit's site for it,it only shows it compatible up to ddr2 533. Which is true? Does anybody enjoy any hard evidence that it can support ddr2 800? I want to know how to overlock my memory. Thanks!

Can the Abit IP-95 motherboard support DDRII 800 memory?

The 3-digit numbers, 800/533, are the speed of the memory in MHz. On Abit's website is say it requires DDR2 533. 533MHz is the minimum RAM speed you can run on this motherboard. Generally motherboards can support higher speed RAM than what is advertise. The site doesn't say up to, so you should be capable of run higher speed knock against on the motherboard.
You are looking at the wrong part of that eyeshade. In the center you see the box for the mobo. It says the DDR2 speccs out at PC2-4200 which is 533MHz. I looked at several sources and it ALL say PC2-4200
I know with ASUS you can vision a guide that shows supported memory modules. It will also say equal thing surrounded by the manual when you purchase it. But to answer your cross-examine it shows that it supports 533MHz.
