My intial thought would be no, but it also depends on what else you have surrounded by you box that draws power. (Remember USB device draw power too)
The only passageway to know for sure is to add up adjectives of the wattage ratings of the individual devices.

the X1-550 doesn't have a power connector and thus draws its power from the AGP port which the standard power supply you already enjoy can supply.
if the card needed more power it would have a power connector.
