Can i verbs my personal settings from one harddrive to another?

The easiest opening is with the built contained by Files and Settings Transfer Wizard. It is under Accessories/System tools.

You will involve some place to put the resulting file, a usb pen drive will hold enough room.

Once you own the new system setup freshly use the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard to put them back for your different user id.
you can any mount the old drive surrounded by the new computer or use the XP wallet transfer wizard to migrate your information.

You should also do a search for the programs you want to maintain preferences from and copy and paste any folders the program creates surrounded by My Documents or in the Program Files/Program-name/Profile folder
