Can i put in a symbolic card which is from U.S.A to a C.P.U which is assembled surrounded by India?

yea why not i live contained by usa and i am sure most of my processor are built in other countries that have no effect on it. just similar to clothing and other product usually it will say it be built their or say made surrounded by japan but that does not make it a different product. they do not lock it to solitary work in one region the just thing i hold ever heared to do that video games and dvd but no computer component
well if it is a standard power supply (12v out, 120/240 in) and pci/pci-e/apg what ever the component interface that you are going to use it should be fine.
