Can a coolmaster M-500 hold this power...?

can a coolmaster M-500 (from newegg.com) hold a quadcore q6600 which draws 105watts or 95watts depending on stepping and a bfg 7900gs which draws 350watts on 22 amps along near a 7200rpm hard drive and a dvd driver as ably as all those computer fan inside...?

Can a coolmaster M-500 hold this power...?

The 7900GS is just a 45 watter and draws around 4 amps on the +12V rail. What retailers are dictum is that it needs to work on a PC w/ at smallest a 350 watt power supply. I believe you are referring to the Coolmax M-500. It has 350W output on its dual +12V rail. It is more than enough for your requirement and should run pretty cool and stable adjectives day long.

There is NO graphics card nonetheless that draws 300 watts or higher. The monster cards, approaching ATI HD2900 XTX (OEM) draws 270W and Geforce 8800 Ultra draws 163W.
It will barely hold on... Go for the dual core or get hold of something better than this psu. It seems this psu have a short span of life next to loud fan thud. Go to http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/search.ph... and read some of this guy's reviews. It will help you to choose the right power supply.
