Can i run Windows Vista Ultimate Edition on this PC?
Yes but some features will not work very angelic for ulitmate you really need 2 gigs of push for it to run good. mine clutch 938mb of ram purely to start and thats with adjectives i can take sour at start up.
Not efficiently.
I would use at smallest 2gb ram minimum 4gb is better.

That entry needs a see of RAM, not 768 MB.
The HD is okay but if you want to store more, buy a bigger hard drive.
You will involve to boost your RAM to over 1gb.
