Can the strike on a Dell computer be replaced beside push by another factory owner lacking problems?

Or is it necessary/ better to receive the replacement ram from Dell?

The memory is 256k SDRAM 133 Mhz 168 pin unbuffered.

Can the strike on a Dell computer be replaced beside push by another factory owner lacking problems?

if you ask DELL that cross-question , they will say to bring back it from them(of course) but as long as you get RAM beside same speed/type(SDR) you should be fine.

run this to find out what you need http://www.crucial.com/
You can buy it from anyone as long as it is compatable. Go to www.crucial.com and turn thru the steps and it will tell you what liberal you need. It will even hand over you some recomendations and prices. Sometimes they have the best price, sometimes not. I of late bought memory for my Dell laptop there, by far the best price!
You could probably of late go to wal-mart or best buy, etc. to go and get your RAM. I don't think it should thing.
yes as long as you match it near the same specs you currently hold. And sdram has be around for a while DDR is the more current and popular memory used. Chances are you have an elder system and you may want to think just about a motherboard, processor and ram upgrade collection to improve your see.
yes you can but you should be aware for the type(ddr,ddr2) and the bus(333,400 for ddr and 533,667,800 ddr2)
ya u can replce ur ram near another ram withought any problem....
You can use a run into with same specifications of any supplier. Generally I prefer Kingston for my own usage. But It may be intricate to find that type of memory. Additionaly, you can use parts from different suppliers together if their specifications are identical.
