Yes there may be for ancestors that want to troubleshoot or use for the products for parts..but depending on the country your in e.g within Asia.they have no significance as all these products are found cheaply here.

Yes. you won't acquire nearly what a unbroken item would bring in, but you can get rid of it to someone on ebay. I would recommend craigslist.org to sell broken electronics at a upright price. Or you could ship them to me : ) I fixed the screen on my ipod. I'll fix yours too.
