Is Mac 10.4 biddable?

The current version of MacOs X is 10.4.10. It is extremely apt and stable, virus, malware and adware free. The new journal out in October will be 10.5 and will own some new refinement.
..? Please elaborate. OSX is honourable for Video editing, I would recommend a PC for everything else.
Yes Mac OS 10.4 is GOOD but I think you should buy Apple Mac OS X because OS X is easier to use and Mac OS is not that popular as OS X.
