theres similar to something in front of the situation tht dsnt let me see the milieu all ic an do is renovate the color of tht thing tht contained by front of the back ground but i wanna se my situation DAMN IT!!!!!!

After trying to decipher your press :) Try the following...
1. Open up Display Properties (Right-click the desktop and choose Properties) or open from Control Panel.
2. Click the Desktop tab.
3. Click Customize Desktop
4. Click the Web tab.
5. Untick and/or delete any entries contained by the 'Web pages' box.
6. Click OK.
