3.0GHz to 3.4Ghz?

is near any difference in running between a 3.0 and 3.4Ghz Pentium 4 (with HT) < both are prescott chips



i'm using 2GB of Ram and 4GB of Vista readyboost

I'm assuming both to hyperthreading, since I don't think you can gain a 3G P4 without it. Honestly, you won't see much of a difference between the 3.0 and the 3.4GHz chips.
none ur going to interest probably .. the difference would be in a couple of minuets contained by a heavy 1hour video converting obligation ... normal usage u wont become aware of ...
You have overkill on the memory. Windows can solitary address 4 GB of memory total, that includes memory on the video card.
