Semprons have be known to be REALLY polite OCers. Assuming you're using DDR400 memory, you won't get much headroom as you're default to a FSB of 200, and that's the speed the ram is at. You might be capable of get a stable 225 FSB and you might know how to get to give or take a few 1.8-1.9ghz.
Go into your bios and assuming you have the flair to modify your FSB, slowly increment it up and see if your system is stable and doesn't randomly crash. Run a stress check like Prime95. If after utter an hour it's fine, increase your FSB some more. Note, that higher the FSB, the hotter the cpu will procure be careful.
