If your computer was bought after 2004 in that is no need for a snatched restore disk. You can access a hidden screen by pressing ctrl F11 upon booting up. This will do the same piece HOWEVER

I have a XPS laptop by Dell and the dividing wall they loaded to use as a recovery have a bad nouns on it therefore i call Dell and requested the CD's to be delivered to me.

their are frequent many dell computers out at hand and you have to be specific. i might hold your retore disk and my not but I could help. so append to your question ok.
