Are igfx, hkcmnd, skytel virus?

When this characters appear on my start up, my local web will gone. and i cannot install softwares like window media player 11 and Nero. Are this infections?



I installed fresh OS on my system almost 3 times already, but when i installed the chipset (Gigabyte) this things will reappear.



This infection i suppose are very tough, as these are capable of turning bad the windows firewall and AVG.



Please lend a hand...

Are igfx, hkcmnd, skytel virus?

The first two are part of the intel graphics software. They are for your graphics card. The skytel is division of the realtek voice or sound software. They are not infections. You probably do not enjoy you network card installed properly if you installed a fresh OS. These things wouldn't turn sour your firewall.
